i trained in biblical languages but focused on biblical studies for master's last year. i proposed judas iscariot and jesus as a typological pair of the goats in leviticus 16 in light of rene girard's mimetic theory.
for my phd, i am continuing to use mimetic theory, but as an intertext with specific narratives in the synoptic gospels involving satan and the demonic.
