About
Lawrence Jun Zhang, PhD, is currently an associate professor of Language & Literacy Education at the Faculty of Education, The University of Auckland (UoA). He was a tenured Associate Professor of English and Applied Linguistics at the National Institute of Education of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore before he joined UoA. He was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at University of Oxford's Department of Education (2009). The recipient of the TESOL Award for Distinguished Research from TESOL (2010-2011), he is currently Chair of TESOL's Nonnative English Speaker Teachers Interest Section (www.tesol.org).
